Small World
This is a small world, everything is connected.
Got to know Scott on MSN, from Williams, we met before, but i dont have any idea who he is. and he knows Ben. Thing is going to be more interesting, at the same day, he helped me correct my essay gramma. haha...i was lucky, every time i asked for help in english, there would be some good friends helped me.
Then chated with Anneleen on MSN too, i guess this is my second time to chat with her, she is my friend's friend too. interesting connection, the world is really small. :)
Big Sister called me and asked for LKF event tomorrow night.
Great. i should have fun these days - especially for Halloween, it reminds me the interesting experience in Williams, miss some friends, suddenly.
But time is 1:00am now, i am so sleepy, i wonder how can i work well tomorrow. +_+ hee.....

Love what you do
I'm pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn't been fired from Apple. It was awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.
Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Computer and of Pixar Animation Studios, delivered on June 12, 2005.

MT
Welcome first batch of management trainees on board
Dressed in a dark suit and pink tie, a smart lad walked with confidence along the central concourse in the early morning of September 26. But still, he was a bit nervous and excited about what would dawn on him when he started his first day of work at the World's Best Airport.
Romi Wong
His anxiety was removed as soon as he opened the door where he was greeted with smiling faces and helping hands. "Everyone there was so nice and helpful. It was indeed a very good start in my career," recalled Romi Wong, one of the 10 Management Trainees (MTs) recruited under HKIA's SkyLeaders Development Programme.
Romi is joined by 9 other aspiring graduates from universities in the Mainland, Hong Kong and England who also reported for duty in September. They will undergo a two-year intensive training programme specially designed to develop their managerial professionalism in the aviation industry.
Six of the locally recruited MTs have already completed their two-week orientation; they are now with different BUs and SUs to get hands-on experience in the diversified airport business environments. The other 4 MTs from the Mainland will also be posted to various units after orientation in early October.
The MT scheme forms part of the SkyLeaders Development Programme launched in March this year to help nurture future leaders for China and Hong Kong. The Programme comprises summer internship, mentorship by senior members of the AA management team, as well as scholarship awards.
The MTs are all very clear of their choice and what it means to them. "We are very proud of working at Hong Kong International Airport, the Best in the world. For us, this is a right decision at the right time. And it is a big challenge to be a member of the 900-plus team who runs and operates the World's Best Airport, day in and day out, all year round,"they told Flash.

Agnes Cheung
For Y Y Wong, working at HKIA opens her eyes with new perspectives. "Soon after joining AA, I've come to realise that airport management is much more sophisticated than I have imagined. And it is much more than providing entry and exit services to travellers. It's never an easy task to integrate diversified business entities and expertise to deliver above par service at all times."
Echoing Y Y's view, Agnes Cheung who currently works at SSEPS treasures the opportunities to learn expertise in different units. "I think this is the best way of learning new things, and I very much look forward to the challenge ahead,"she said.
At various times during the coming two years, the MTs will be posted to ABU, HRA, IT, RAB, SSEPS, TBU and TSP to try out challenges at different units.
Let's extend our warmest welcome to:
